I'm going to disagree with the others and say every time we've been out of the country it has not been uncommon to see french cut and thong bikinis, speedos on men and sometimes the occasional topless tanning, usually laying on their stomach.
Cleavage and mini skirts? Where else are you supposed to wear it? I love getting sexy and dressed up on holiday. Vacation is about everybody coming together to enjoy other people from other countries coming to enjoy their vacation.
